Trail Blazers’ Caleb Love, Coach Ronnie Burrell Discuss Grizzlies Loss
The Portland Trail Blazers Summer League squad fell 96-86 to the Memphis Grizzlies in their second game Saturday night in Las Vegas.
Along with Portland’s first-round pick Yang Hansen, two other members from the team spoke with media following the loss: Blazers two-way contract guard Caleb Love and Portland Summer League head coach Ronnie Burrell.
For the second consecutive game, Love scored 18 points, although he got there on less efficiency this time around. The 6-foot-4 guard got that total on 7-21 shooting in the loss, to go along with one assist and one rebound. He also shot 3-9 on 3-pointers.
