The Rip City Remix Draft Three Players


The player rights for 17 players from 15 countries were available in today’s G League International Draft, and the Rip City Remix drafted three of them.

With the 6th pick, the Remix drafted Carlin Davison, a 21-year old forward from New Zealand. Davison plays with the Taranaki Mountain Airs in the New Zealand NBL, where he averaged 18.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists. He is also a development player with the New Zealand Breakers of the Australian NBL for whom he has made 10 appearances.

Michael Caicedo, a guard from Spain, was selected with the 9th pick. For the 2024 season he played 12 games with Forca Lleida CE in Spain, averaging 1.6 points in 8.5 minutes per game, and an additional six games for Stade Rochelais in France, averaging 7.8 points per game. Caicedo has played with the Spanish U20 team as well as the senior Spanish National Team.

Finally, Emmanuel Beya from Switzerland and Democratic Republic of the Congo was selected with the 17th pick. Beya played on a developmental team for DII Davis & Elkins in the United States as well as in a 3×3 tournament in Switzerland.
