The Black Memory and Preservation Lab [Photography]
Photos from a recent event I photographed at The Black Memory Lab. The Black Memory Lab is a community archiving initiative in Portland, OR, led by Don’t Shoot PDX in partnership with the Portland City Archives. It is a space and series of events where community members can bring personal archives to be digitized, preserved, and to receive guidance on best practices for preserving family and community histories.
