Named the coolest neighborhood in the United States by Time Out, Kerns is chockablock full of spots to eat, sip, and shop. A food lover’s playground, the neighborhood straddles NE 28th’s Restaurant Row, and on 28th alone there are more places to eat and drink than you could hit in a week.
