Sharpe Makes Waves in NBA Shooting Guard Rankings

A player we’re taking a shot on in this ranking, we put Shaedon Sharpe here – ahead of more accomplished players – based on the fact that he’s improved every year he’s been in the NBA so far, both in raw production and according to the advanced analytics. Sharpe only just turned 22, too, making us think an even more sizable leap could be in store for the young Canadian guard.

Sharpe boasts a number of enticing tools, including his freakish near 7-foot wingspan, while showing good speed on the open floor, a quick first step and the ability to finish both creatively and explosively near the basket, giving him a ceiling that is quite promising.

If Sharpe can just figure out his outside shooting next year, an even bigger year could be in store for the 22-year-old 2-guard.
