Sabine Cafe & Bar in Seattle recently expanded its menu and hours to include dinner. The Ballard neighborhood now gets to enjoy dishes like halibut shawarma, halloumi fries, and Sabine’s main stake; Salatim which includes their house-made hummus and pita served with an array of vegetables, pickles, and other dips. Sabine’s bar is shaking up beautiful cocktails like a Celery Margarita and the Prince of Khademi; bourbon, braulio, sherry, and banana.

Seattle can enjoy all this and more on the covered patio or by a fire pit near the bar. The atmosphere is perfect. Definitely put Sabine on your Seattle dinner list. Enjoy some of my favorite photos from the friends and family opening event.
