METRO COMMUNICATION’S DEPARTMENT

On call crisis communication services

Communication’s department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed proposals for Strategic Communications, marketing and brand services.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m.(PST), Feb 4, 2025, via electronic response to BidLocker.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on Zoom on January 16th 2025 at 11:30 am to 1:00 p.m. (Pacific standard time). Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

Metro seeks to establish a list of on-call contractors with a qualified communications firms to provide crisis communication services. The selected firms will be available to assist Metro in effectively managing and responding to crises, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to the public and stakeholders.

Metro may accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
