Neighborhood Flag Project, May 1985
Mayor Bud Clark helps hold two of more than 25 neighborhood flags with representative of Portland neighborhoods. The flags will be displayed in the foyer of City Hall as part of Neighborhood Week. The flags will be flown in Pioneer Courthouse Square the week starting May 13, 1985.
