Robey Eldridge, Director of Personnel at the Portland Metropolitan Steering Committee, is seen barbequing at the CPL picnic in Delta Park. Part of the Summer ’72 programming coordinated by Portland Parks & Recreation Bureau, the picnic brought over 1,000 Portlanders together to enjoy food, live music, and community.
