GATE AND OVERHEAD DOOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

Proposals Due: December 31, 2024

The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for

gate and overhead door maintenance, repair, and installation services. Services will

include both regular preventative maintenance and as-needed services on gates and

overhead sectional doors, sliding doors, roll-up doors, and electric operator’s equipment at

multiple city-owned facilities. Proposing contractors must have a thorough knowledge of

the field equipment, parts, and labor necessary to perform services in a timely manner.
