Nak Won is one of the more popular longstanding Korean restaurants in Beaverton, possibly thanks to its playful English-friendly menu item names like Ice Ice Babe, the summer-only dish of cold buckwheat noodle soup with beef, sliced radish, and cucumber. Silly names aside, the food is serious, especially the budae jjigae filled with instant ramen noodles, sliced-up hot dogs, spam batons, bacon, and tofu.
