Poll: What do you expect from Oregon Ducks Men’s and Women’s basketball?

Women’s Basketball

The women’s team seems improved from last season’s last place finish in the Pac-12. The ladies are currently at 11-4 (2-2 Big Ten). Their biggest win was a victory over perennial powerhouse and then #12 Baylor at Matthew Knight Arena. Losses this season have to to Georgia Tech and South Dakota State on Maui, along with then #6 USC and Illinois in Big Ten play. A long trip to State College to play Penn State looms this Thursday.

Men’s Basketball

Despite a number of close call, the men’s team seems to have found their footing sooner than some prior Dana Altman teams have. The team swept their non-conference opponents, including then #20 Texas A&M and #9 Alabama. In Big Ten play they have wins over USC and Maryland, along with a close loss at UCLA and stinker against Illinois.
