Who is Portland’s Best Player in 2025?

The Portland Trail Blazers are a team on the rise. Or at least Blazers fans hope so. Their roster is populated by young players with a couple of weighty veterans interspersed. It’s an interesting mix, but how effective it will be remains to be seen.

As a result of roster changes, the Blazers enter the season in a slightly different situation than in years past. A burning question: do they have a true #1 player on the roster? They’ve not been able to claim great lineups the last few years, but it always seemed like one or two players were ahead of the pack. That may not be true this season, or for the foreseeable future.

So here’s the question we’re putting before you today. It’s a two-parter.

Obviously we can’t predict trades or draft picks in the interim, so the answer to the second part has to be someone on the roster now.
