Erv Lind Stadium, 1947 | Vintage Portland
Formerly known as Normandale Field, Erv Lind Stadium was known for its use by women’s fast-pitch softball teams such as Erv Lind’s Florists. Erv Lind Field was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in May 2024 because of the significant role the site played for LGBTQ+ women playing sports in Portland from 1948 to the mid-1960s.
