This image is part of the Urban Homestead Collection – a collection of photographs and property reports taken between July 1987 to August of 1988 as part of the administration of the Urban Homestead urban revitalization program in cooperation between the Portland Development Commission, neighborhood associations, and federal Urban Lift grant dollars. The neighborhoods that were included in the Urban Homestead program are: Vernon, Sabin, King, Albina, Irvington, Humboldt, Boise-Elliott.
